Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
A1: Yes, we are professional manufacturering company from China mainly for precision CNC machined and die casting, the other machining processes are from our well cooperated suppliers, only for option.
Q2. What is the highest precision/tightest tolerance you or your machines can reach?
A2. Normally the max is up to ±0.005mm, a few is ±0.002mm.
Q3. How many kinds of material you company used to produce with?
A3. Stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, brass (copper alloy), titanium alloy, PTFE(Teflon), PMMA, PVC and so on.
Q4. What's the basic information do you need for quoting?
A4.
- Part drawings: 2D: pdf, dxf; 3D: iges, step, for complex parts, both 2D and 3D drawing are necessary.
- Material specification, e.g. Aluminum 6061, Steel 1020, Stainless steel 304.
Coating/Surface treatment, e.g. As machined, brushed, anodized, plated, powder coated, bead blasted, sand blasted. - Quantity for each order, Annual volume or even annual volume of the next coming years.
- General tolerance standard: DIN/ISO2768-M, DIN/ISO2768-F or better.
Q5. Can I get samples or what will be the MOQ?
A5. Yes you can.
But the cost depends on material and machining processes, for expensive material, or for some parts which need complex machining process, we have fixed costs of maetrial and of machines adjusting, customers need to pay for sample production costs. Usually is free for geting samples for approving if customers place volume production order.
Q6. What is your payment terms?
A6. We accept T/T, Western Union, and L/C at sight (Depends on issuing banks' reputation), small ammount is aslo accepted by PayPal for cooperated customers.(Not acceptable for the customer never cooperate before), 30~50% prepaid and balance before shipment or against copy of B/L.
Q7. How long will you delivery the products? By which shipping way?
A7. Usually the production time is two weeks, negotiated according to quantity and our capacity. Shipping by air or by sea, by air you can choose DHL, UPS, EMS, Fedex, Aramex and so on.
